Refund policy

Because all Broken Shotgun Ranch Wear products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, we stand behind our gear.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

 

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we’ll take care of the rest.

• Please review size charts carefully before ordering
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Items must be unworn and unwashed if a return is approved
